However, Cookies may be also be used to obtain Personal Data about the Visitor and Aggregated Data.
Currently, we do not collect any Personal Data about you or other Visitors to our website except as explicitly described below:

1. Comments from Visitors

At this time, we do not permit Comments from Visitors to Pages and Posts on our website, which means that we do not collect any Comment related Personal Data about you or other Visitors to our website.
If this policy changes we will amend our Privacy Policy to describe the effect of the changes.

2. Contact Forms

At this time, we do not have Contact Forms for Visitors on our website, which means that we do not collect any Contact Form submissions by email or otherwise with Personal Data about you or other Visitors to our website.
If this policy changes we will amend our Privacy Policy to describe the effect of the changes.

3. Subscription and Registration Forms

At this time, we do not have Subscription or Registration Forms for Visitors to submit on our website, which means that we do not collect any Personal Data about you or other visitors to our website for purpose of newsletter subscriptions or site registration or otherwise.
If this policy changes we will amend our Privacy Policy to describe the effect of the changes.

4. Social Media Profiles

At this time, we do not permit Visitors to connect their Social Media profiles to our website, which means that we do not collect any Social Media related Personal Data about you or other visitors to our website.

5. Image and Document Uploads

At this time, we do not permit Visitor’s to our website to upload images or documents to the website, which means that we do not collect any Personal Data about you or other visitors to our website from image or document uploads.
If this policy changes we will amend our Privacy Policy to describe the effect of the changes.

6.  Analytics Systems

We use digital analytics systems to analyze and understand how Visitors use our site and better evaluate performance of your content. The systems show which country Visitors are from, what are they most interested in, which device are they using, their age, gender, and other demographic information. The system uses hashed personal data, IP addresses, cookies, and other behavioral profiling event data. However, the Personal Data is automatically anonymized. As a result we neither receive or collect Personal Data from these analytic systems.

7. Embedded Content from other websites

Pages and Posts on our website may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles) from third-party websites, with or without links to the original content on another website.
At this time, we do not collect information from Embedded Content on our website, which means that we do not collect any Personal Data about you or other visitors to our website from such Embedded Content.
However, should you decide to click through on a link to the third-party website, you are departing our website. The third-party website may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content. This may include tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website. You should refer to the Privacy Policy of the third-party website for information about its use of your Personal Data.
We do not control such third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy statements. When you depart our website, we encourage you to read the privacy notice of every website you visit.

8. Information obtained in the normal course of business.

Naturally some visitors to our website may be customers, suppliers, business and personal associates of employees or officers of our business, or other interested parties who may wish to learn more about our company. We list contact information on our website such as telephone and email address. Visitors may contact us voluntarily and there may result an exchange of emails or other communications with us.

Data security

We use highly rated website server hosting services. In addition connections to our website are Secure Connections using SSL protocols and certificates.
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent Personal Data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in any unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to Personal Data to those employees agents, or contractors who have a business need to know. They will only use your Personal Data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

Who we share your data with

We do not share Personal Data from website Visitors with any third party.
We use systems for analyzing visitor traffic on our website, This system uses tracking information from users to collect Aggregate Data to provide us with demographic information about the use of our website. The systems we use anonymize any Personal Data, which means we and any third party cannot use the data to derive Personal Data.

How long we retain your data

We currently do not retain Personal Data from Visitors to our website. To the degree to which we obtain Personal Data, we will only retain it for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

What third parties provide us with Personal Data

We do not currently receive Personal Data from third parties.

What rights do our website Visitors have over their data

To the degree to which we may have Personal Data about a website Visitor, the Visitor may request to receive an exported file of that personal data, including any data the Visitor may have provided to us. The Visitor can also request that we correct or erase any Personal Data that we hold. However, we may be obliged to keep certain data for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Requests from you relating to your Personal Data are subject to the following Terms:

1. What we may need from you

Should you request to access, change or erase Personal Data, we may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.

2. No fee usually required

You will not have to pay a fee to access your Personal Data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.

3. Time limit to respond

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

Glossary

The following section provides definitions of certain technical terms and terms used in this document. It also has information about some of the means websites use to collect personal information from users.

Pages and Posts

Websites usually contain static pages (Pages) that are generally have fixed subject content and not time-sensitive (.e.g. About this Company, Contact Us, Our Products), and Posts, which are usually news items or blog or commentary from one or more persons associated with the website.

Visitors

Visitors, as the term is used in this document, are any person who accesses, reads, or uses our website for any reason, whether registered or not with the website.

Personal Data

The types of Personal Data that websites often collect includes:

  1. Identity Data such as first name, maiden name, last name, username or similar identifier, marital status, title, date of birth and gender.
  2. Contact Data such as address, email address and telephone numbers.
  3. Technical Data such as internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.
  4. Usage Data such as information about how you use our website.
  5. Communication Data such as your preferences in receiving newsletters from us and your communication preferences.
  6. Aggregated Data may be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, a website may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature. However, if Aggregated Data is combined or connected with other personal data, it can directly or indirectly identify a user, and thus treated treat as personal data which will be used in accordance with this privacy notice.

Special Categories of Personal Data are collected some websites which includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data, criminal convictions and offens

Comments from Visitors

Websites often enable Visitors to leave Comments on its Posts and Pages. When a Visitor leave a comment, the website collects the data in the Comments Form, and often also the Visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Sometimes an anonymized string created from the Visitor’s email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if the Visitor is using Gravatar. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available at: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of a Visitor’s comment, the Visitor’s profile picture is visible to the public in the context of the comment. Comments together with the Visitor’s information may continue to be visible on the website until deleted by the website owner.

Images or Documents Uploads

When a website Visitor uploads images or documents to a website, images and sometimes documents may contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Other visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

Cookies are used on a website when a Visitor leaves a comment or registers or subscribes on the website. Information such as name, login name, email address, and IP address may be saved in cookies. These “Login Cookies” are for the Visitor’s convenience so that the Visitor does not have to fill in login details again when leaving another comment or coming back to the website.  Login cookies may last for several days, and longer if you select “Remember Me”.

In addition, websites use Session Cookies that save information during a Visitor’s session on the website as the Visitor travels through many pages. Session Cookies are often temporary and contains no personal data; they are discarded when the Visitor closes the browser.

Data Retention

For sites that allow Visitors to leave a comment, the comment and its metadata may be retained indefinitely on those sites. A reason for this is so the site can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For Visitors that register on a website, the site stores the personal information that has been provided in their user profile. Registered Visitors can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
